Sheri first began her career in the health and fitness industry over 15 years ago a as a Swimming and Aquafit Instructor with the City of Mississauga. She then moved on to become a Certified Personal Trainer working in a variety of studios and gyms across the GTA. Her next step was to move out of her comfort zone and try life as an entrepreneur. Over the past 9 years as a successful business owner of an in home personal training and first aid business, Sheri finally found the "something" that was missing in her career. With an enormous amount of support from her husband, she now embarks on furthering her education in a four year program with the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Now in her 3rd year, she holds the title of Manual Therapist, Osteopathic Candidate, is full insured and now offer treatments.
Sheri has always been drawn to a holistic mind-body philosophy with the ideology that small consistent changes to habits of daily living, everyone can find success with ANYTHING. After the birth of her two children, this holds even more truth in her own life. With the fast paced world we live in, she believes it's important to push yourself to be your best but reminds her clients, friends and family, that we all have limits. Sometimes, rest is best. With that being said, she has the tools to help you determine what YOUR body (and mind) need to succeed and reach your personal goals in life.
With an open mind and heart, she has patience and understanding to help guide and teach you what you're willing to hear. Each person requires their own twist on wellness and Sheri can help you with yours.
